It's a beautiful time at 10:30AM on this Thursday in Hawaii Kai. Minding my own business, I go outside to wash and vacuum my car. About 10 minutes into the vauuming (post-wash), my next door neighbor comes out and asks if my hose can reach her house. I'm thinking I might have sprayed over the fence and gotten water spots on her car and my immediate thought to apologize is interrupted by her telling me she won't waste her water cleaning my soap that's clogging her gutter.
My SOAP clogging her GUTTER? Uh, what??
So i go and take a look. Ohhhh, ok, LEAVES are clogging her gutter so the water from my car will take about 10 minutes to pass through rather than an taking an unobstructed trickle down to the storm drain. The yelling begins and I tell her I'd be more than happy to clean her leaves for her if she calms down. She calls the landlord who comes over to tell her she's being ridiculous.
Neighbor at 960 Waioli Street, thank you for wasting an hour of our time. Just one question. Why are you trying to ruin your day?
